Yes, all options with these can be found in the support group. If you aren’t a member of the support group though please get in touch and the options can be given via email.
I AM A COMPLETE BEGINNER WILL THIS BE SUITABLE FOR ME?
Absolutely!! There are levelled workouts that target all abilities including beginners! During videos I also give options to suit all. The joy of this is that it can all be done in the comfort of your own space and the support is there always if you need it! The videos also keep you on track with exactly how to perform the exercises.
DO I HAVE TO EXERCISE?
I cant make you do anything with this plan but I would advise to follow fully in order to achieve the BEST results! However you can just use it for the meal guide or just the workouts if you wish to.
I HAVE A NUT ALLERGY IS THIS SUITABLE?
All meals are made from fresh ingredients so yes it is. Ensure to check packaging of anything bought pre packaged though.
I WANT TO TONE MY STOMACH- WILL THIS PLAN HELP?
You can never “spot reduce” fat. What this plan will do is help you lose excess fat from all over your body, increase your fitness and make you feel fantastic!
HOW MUCH WEIGHT WILL I LOSE?
Weight loss (I call it excess fat loss though as Weight is a mix of fat, muscle and bones and the latter two you do NOT want to lose!!) will vary from person to person, depending on effort put in. What I will say is that you will come out of it fitter, stronger and feeling better than ever. If you have excess fat and water retention at the start- this will absolutely reduce!!
WHAT DO I DO WHEN THE 6 WEEKS IS FINISHED?
You can repeat the 6 weeks whenever you like. What you will get out of it are many ideas of how you can EASILY make healthy lifestyle changes to take into the future with you. You need to continue with these changes and ensure you keep going! This plan is not intended to be a short fix whatsoever, I want to teach you how to live a healthier, more active lifestyle and feel fantastic! You can also be a part of my ongoing online fitness group for just £5 per month!
